Perm Party!
This season is all about texture, and Fringe Salon can give you it! Last week we had our first Perm Party where we gave some of our favorite friends and clients (gasp) PERMS! Now we all know that perm is a scary word for any girl who lived through the 80's, but we can assure you that with the right stylist and the right hair a perm can still be a girls best friend. Our fav new stylist educator, Antonia Troiano, showed us the tricks of the trade last tuesday night.
